What to Expect
You are aware the entire time.
You are not unconscious or out of control. You are deeply relaxed and focused, able to describe what you notice as we gently access the unconscious mind where healing, clarity and change can begin.
The Process
Through hypnosis, we open the world of the unconscious mind.
You remain alert, yet deeply relaxed. Heavy in the body, but wide awake in awareness. As you describe your journey aloud, I guide you through landscapes that mirror your inner world.
Dreamlike, symbolic and alive, the journey becomes a doorway into healing. You may meet guides, reconnect with your inner child or uncover past lives that still echo in your present.
Each journey is unique, but the direction is always toward wholeness, renewal and a deeper connection with who you really are.
Four steps of a session
Set Your Intention
Every session is shaped by what you are ready to understand, release, heal, or remember.
Enter a Relaxed State
Through hypnosis, you become calm, focused, and open to the images, feelings, memories, or impressions that arise.
Explore What Appears
You may release emotional patterns or explore unwanted behavior or trauma that needs resolution - there's a wide range - from weight loss or smoking cessation to childhood or past life trauma.
Integrate the Experience
This is not about belief. It is about experience. Spiritual, psychological, or symbolic, the journey meets you where you are.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
For most clients, yes. Hypnosis is really a state of focused, relaxed meditation that you allow yourself to enter — I'm just guiding you there with my voice. As long as you have a private, quiet space and a stable internet connection, online sessions can be just as effective as in-person ones. Some clients find it easier to relax in their own home environment. The main exception is if you have anxiety about technology issues interrupting the process, in which case in-person might feel more secure.
-
Most sessions run 60 to 90 minutes. The first session is usually a bit longer, since we spend some time on an intake conversation — going over your history, your goals, and answering any questions — before we do any hypnosis work.
-
It varies by person and by goal. Some clients see meaningful shifts in a single session, particularly for something specific and well-defined. Most benefit from a series of three sessions, especially for deeper patterns or when we're doing exploratory work regression therapy. I'll usually have a clearer sense after our first session or two and will make recommendations for the number of sessions at that time.
-
No. You don't need to hold any particular belief for this work to be valuable. Many clients approach past life regression as a symbolic or metaphorical journey — a way for the subconscious mind to represent and process an issue — rather than a literal former life. Others do believe they're accessing real past lives. Both approaches can lead to meaningful insight and emotional release. I don't ask you to adopt a belief either way — I just ask you to stay open to whatever comes up.
-
Nearly everyone can enter a hypnotic state to some degree — it's a natural state you already experience daily, like right before falling asleep or when you're absorbed in a book or movie. That said, going deep enough for a vivid past-life-style experience varies person to person, and may take several sessions to access. For those who find it harder to deeply relax into a meditative state, perhaps due to high anxiety or a strong need for control, we can usually work with various techniques in order to achieve the desired results.
-
This can happen, especially with past life regression, since we're sometimes exploring difficult emotional material. If something upsetting comes up, we slow down and work with it together — I'm trained to help you process it safely, ground you, and bring you back to a calm state before we end the session. You're never left alone with a distressing experience. And importantly, you're always in control — if you want to stop or shift away from something, you can.
-
It's a very common concern, and I want to normalize it: most clients wonder this at some point. The honest answer is that we can't always separate imagination, memory, and something that feels like "more" — and that's okay. What matters clinically isn't whether the images are historically verifiable; it's whether the process helps you access emotions, insights, or shifts that are useful to you. Your mind is creative and resourceful, and even if part of what emerges is imagination, it's not meaningless — it's often your subconscious communicating in symbols.
-
No. This is one of the biggest misconceptions about hypnosis, often from stage shows, or media representations of the process. You remain aware and in control throughout. You can't be made to say or do anything against your morals, values or wishes, and you can open your eyes, speak or stop the session at any time. This is a soul-healing process and it is important to be able to connect deeply with emotions. When the soul is trapped in trauma, it needs to be able to access that experience to be released from its negative impact. Think of it like being deeply focused and relaxed while being guided by my voice. You're an active participant throughout the process, not a passive subject.
This is more than relaxation or meditation. It is a journey inward.
Release what no longer serves you. Reclaim what may have been lost. Step into the dreamscape of the unconscious and emerge with clarity, strength and renewal.
